California Electronic Waste Recycling Law Notice
Klein Tools is providing notice of the battery-embedded products subject to the electronic waste recycling requirements in California. Certain products manufactured by Klein Tools, sold by retailers in California will be required to include a covered Battery-Embedded Product Recycling Fee. This fee is mandated by Senate Bill 1215. Covered Battery-Embedded products are subject to a waste recycling fee which retailers are responsible for collecting at sale.
