Klein Tools is issuing a voluntary product recall on the Klein Tools KTB1000 and Blackfire PAC1000 Portable Power Station due to a potential safety hazard.
The Klein Tools KTB1000 and the Blackfire PAC1000 Portable Power Station are being recalled due to a particular situation where the inverter boards of the power stations can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards. All versions and date codes of these products are affected by this recall.
Please register for the recall by filling out the form below. One form will be required for each Power Station to be returned for a refund. After submitting the form you will be instructed on how to proceed.
While uploading a receipt is not required, it is encouraged to do so or to bring proof of purchase to your distributor. Failure to provide proof of purchase may result in receiving the minimum advertised price for reimbursement.
