At Klein, we also have a profit sharing plan that is distributed on an annual basis to eligible employees.

Klein Tools offers competitive choices for valuable health care coverage including a dental plan, a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) medical plan and a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) medical plan. Plus, when employees enroll in a Klein Tools medical plan, they automatically receive prescription drug benefits.

Klein also offers a voluntary vision program that includes an extensive network of providers and offers flexibility based upon where you choose to access care.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

Klein Tools offers the option of Flexible Accounts. Employees can choose to participate in Health Care and Dependent Care FSAs to set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible out-of-pocket health care and dependent care expenses.

In addition to basic life insurance, Klein Tools offers accidental death & dismemberment insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees may also elect to purchase supplemental life insurance and dependent life and accident insurance.

Klein Tools Employee Referral Program encourages our valued employees to refer qualified candidates to current and future career opportunities within our company. If the candidate is hired and remains employed with the company for an allotted period of time, the referring employee is eligible to receive a bonus.
