Warranty Return PROCESS

1. Klein Tools quality is excellent.
2. The materials of construction, including our proprietary US made
   tool steel, are incredibly durable.
3. It is very unusual for a tool to break or fail to perform properly
   when used appropriately.
4. We ask our distributors to screen out returns that are requested
   where the tool was obviously abused or used inappropriately.
   Customers in this category can call our toll free number if they
   have any issues.
5. All reasonable requests are handled promptly when the simple
   return process is followed.
6. Distributors who use the program know that program works
   and disputes are rare.

Step 1

Contact your KLEIN customer support representative toll free at
(800) 553-4676 to receive a WRA (Warranty Return Authorization) number.

Step 2

Box up all tools and send them to:

Be sure to mark the WRA number on the box.
