where the
tool was obviously abused or used inappropriately.

have any issues.
- All reasonable requests are handled promptly when the simple
return process is followed.
- Distributors who use the program know that program works
and disputes are rare.
Step 1
Contact your KLEIN customer support representative toll free
at
(800) 553-4676 to receive a WRA
(Warranty Return Authorization)
number.
Step 2
Box up all tools
and send them to:
KLEIN TOOLS
8200 6th Street SW
Cedar Rapids, IA 52404-7029
Be sure to mark the WRA number on the box.
Step 3
You will receive credit for the returned
tools within 7 days.
Please include a copy of the freight invoice
for shipping reimbursement.
