ILL. – December 2004 – Klein Tools introduces Great
White™ hole saws, a new and expanded line of premium, professional
hole saws designed to cut faster and stay sharp longer.
Klein Tools’ Great White hole saws cut through steel, stainless
steel, plastic, wood with nails, drywall, cement board, plywood
and cast iron. The line consists of 46 new products and accessories.
Bi-metal hole saws are rugged bi-metal cobalt construction for
heavy-duty cutting, and cut deeply through studs in one pass.
The long-lasting design has variable pitch teeth for faster, smoother
cutting with less vibration. They also have multiple knock-out
slots and holes for easy core removal.
The carbide grit hole saws are designed for smooth cuts with minimal
tear out and will not dull in abrasive materials. Available in
the most common sizes for recessed can lights, the carbide grit
saws easily cut through drywall, ceiling tile, plaster and lathe,
cement board and wood. The design also reduces the kick when starting
a cut in plywood.
The following hole saw accessories are available: arbors, arbor
adaptors, arbor extenders and replacement pilot drill bits. The
new Great White line also includes four kits with popular sizes:
